Before any payment, you see the list of recovered files and open samples yourself to confirm they work.

If a physical repair needs donor parts, or the drive was already opened elsewhere, we tell you the cost on your written quote before starting. No surprises at pickup.

Physical repairs at a cleanroom bench. We clone first and work only on the copy.

Check, then pay
Open your files, then take them home on a new drive. Our working copy is wiped after [XX] days.

Most permanent data loss happens after the failure, when someone keeps trying. The next hour matters.
Do
Switch it off and unplug it, especially if it clicks or grinds.
Note what happened: a drop, a noise, a spill, an update.
Keep a wet phone switched off and bring it in as it is.
Don’t
Run recovery software, CHKDSK or disk repair tools.
Open the drive, tap it, or put it in the freezer.
Format or reinstall Windows when the computer asks you to.
Leave a wet phone in rice and try to charge it.

How much does data recovery cost?
It depends on the device and the type of failure, not on how important your files are. Deleted or formatted data costs the least; mechanical failures that need cleanroom work cost more. Recovery starts from ₹[PRICE], and you get a fixed quote after the free diagnosis.
How long does it take?

Is my data safe with you?
Your device stays in our Mumbai lab. Only the engineer on your job opens your files, we sign an NDA on request, and our working copy is securely wiped after you collect.
What if you can’t recover anything?
You pay no recovery fee and get your device back. The only possible charge is for donor parts on a physical repair, and that is always on your written quote before we begin.
